Does Silestone copper mist look dated?

We are planning for a reno and both my husband and I are interested in Silestone copper mist when we saw it in the showroom. Our online research has indicated that copper mist was mostly featured in kitchens with darker stained wood cabinets or transitional kitchen remodels. We are concerned that this copper mist quartz may look outdated. Although we like the copper veins in the quartz, we do not quite like it paired with hardware in brass or copper finish. We like hardware in chrome or nickel finish better. We are considering to have BM White Opulence 879 for the upper cabinets and BM Mediterranean Breeze 799 for the base cabinets. Our kitchen connects to a breakfast room where there will be a full height wall pantry of 7'6" wide and we plan to paint it also in Mediterranean Breeze. Flooring will be Mirage Red Oak Exclusive Rio. Besides copper mist, we are also considering Silestone eternal Serena to go with our cabinet color choices.

What do you think about our choices of materials and colors. Any opinion that you could share would be much appreciated.
