You need a spacer behind the screw top right, it looks like you’ve over tightened the rocker or the screw isn’t catching. So maybe longer screw and a spacer. It has nothing to do with the style of the faceplate, the one you have should be fine.

I don't think spacers are needed.

Check to make sure the ears aren't bent forward on the decora switch.

Its also misaligned and not seated properly.

Remove the switch, make sure the ears are flat or slightly arched back on both. Dont over tighten. Make them snug so they dont move side to side.

Make shre they're properly aligned and spaced. Test fit the cover plate until each switch is in the correct possition.

Reinstall cover plate and make sure all screws are aligned vertically to be aesthetically pleasing.

I loosened loosened the right switch and bent the ears back about 90° and that solve the problem. Thanks!
