Coffee table and end table: replace too rustic and fights with the floor.

No faux floor plants in a teeny weeny basket.

Plantation shutters: nice and you could add some panels with rod installed appropriately.

Accent chair: you own it but it is too "apartment therapy" for the room. Replace the pillow with a white one.

No more blue: I like the art, but there is no reason to continue with blue accents. It can stand alone.

The site which it came from did not have sourcing. Perhaps they can advise, but doubt it.

I searched for similar tables, but the bases were not as nice. I’m just wondering about practicality, given the light fabric and thought you might like this one from Pottery Barn as it has a similar feel. Note the rug.

If tables are staying, id turn the end table 90 degrees so the longer end is next to the couch fir better proportions. looks like there is a drawer but it should still work for accessing as it doesn't appear to be close to other furniture on that side.

We might suggest a rug with some blue or sea green, along with some pillows that also contain those colors. The artwork is a great piece to work off of and to help you with other colors if needed. Note the rug and pillows used in this recent design of ours:
