Most times, folks will bring an example hinge from the existing unit and take that to a hardware supplier to match screw pattern, size, and shape. Even if the shape and size is similar, if the screw holes are just off a bit, they will wall out the holes and it won't work.

Thank you for your comments and advice. We ended up going with the Stanley hinges, as indicated above, and made sure that the screws would securely fit into the existing jambs. Thankfully, it all worked out. Thank you so much again.
