I need a to scale floor plan which is not this. Waht are the pictures of ? The LIBRARY seems to be a fixed item so show that in the new drawing along with actual meausrements on all spaces and show windows and those sizes too.

Thank you Patricia for the fast answer. Your eyes are lasers because yes your correct this is indeed a fixed library. Unfortunately I do not have the scale floor plan atm (I will add those as soon as I get them)

Since you watch tv in this room it's ideal to have your sofa across from it. The best wall for the sofa seems to be across from the fireplace with the tv above it.

It seems like you're asking a lot of a 13' x 22' room. It has 2 doorways as well as windows and the bookshelves and fireplace, so not a lot of options. In addition to adding more dimensions/measurements to your floor plan (window sizes, wall lengths, etc.), you need to show all 4 walls. Not sure how anyone can suggest placing the TV on the wall opposite the fireplace without even seeing what that wall looks like. And then where do you sit to watch TV--with your back to the fireplace???

It is a really nice room, though, I love the architectural details.

Get a tv lift cabinet - or have one built - or customize an existing cabinet with a lift mechanism. That way, you can put the tv wherever it works for you. And my suggestion would be to put the tv cabinet in front of the window on the right hand side of fireplace.
