Sevin concentrate dilution changed

I use Sevin rarely. Only in desperation, and that is the only insecticide I'd ever use. It seems the old bottles of concentrate called for a dilution of 1.5 oz/gallon of water. But the new bottles call for 4 oz/gallon of water. It seems that Garden Tech Sevin used to be carbaryl, which was pretty nasty stuff, and is now zeta cypermethrin. ZC is still toxic to bees, but much less toxic to mammals. Since I use it infrequently, I haven't paid much attention to the dilution, so beware. One would like to believe that if the primary ingredient changes, the name should change as well, because when you look up Sevin online, you can get the wrong answer. Yes, I know this happened many years ago, but it's worth a reminder.
