Questions on several perennials

I planted several types of perennials that are new to me last August. I am now in zone 6a. I am not seeing any signs of growth yet and am wondering if it’s too soon or if I must cut them back. Other perennials I planted at the same time are showing growth such as Karl Forester Grass, Elderberry, Geum, Helenium, and Allium. The ones showing no signs of growth are:

Poquito Yellow Hummingbird Mint

Amsonia ciliata

Liatris microcephala

and Buddeleia Blue Chip Jr.

Any recommendations welcome!
