Sounds like, at minimum, you want new windows and square off the arched window. Do you want to repaint the stucco?

Is there more brick that we can't see, or just that little bit of brick trim beside the garage? I would be inclined to paint/stain the brick the same as the stucco. Use a mineral paint like Romabio. The garage is not an area where you want to draw attention. And your house structure is busy and I don't think it needs more ornamentation.

I assume the roof is going to stay the same.

If you post some pictures of similar homes that you like, it will give us an idea of your taste.

There's a lot going on and I think your house would look better overall if the focus was on the front door. So I'd paint the white pergola and the garage door in the same colour as the stucco. And the downspouts too. Paint the screen door the same as the front door.

Add some large containers to the area near the front door to draw the eye.

Paint the brick the same color as the stucco. Less contrast between the trim and the body of the house would make it less busy. You might consider a monochromatic design

It does have a patchwork look with not much landscaping possibility that could soften all those edges. Most of the visual space is for cars, not people--huge driveway, double garage door which overwhelms the front door. What are those wood beams over the garage?

Some thoughts:

--Paint the house a light cream pulled from the lighter bricks. Make sure color works with sand colored driveway. You have too many color fields already. You need to have more blending. A lighter house will look softer.

House below: garage door matched to siding. Note that paint color harmonizes with driveway color, something to do as well so that everything works together. Go for copper windows if you're changing them out.

If you could dig out a bed closet to entry, that would soften the house as well. However, most of your budget will probably be eaten up by the windows.

Call an architect and double the budget. : ) ? There's just an awful lot rather........wrong in a one from column A ,one from B sort of scenario.

At least investigate with a pro for structure, and landscaping. It may take some time, but also may be well. worth it, given coastal locale.

I don’t understand the pergola over the garage? Is it an open air garage? Or the picture window overlooking the driveway? Yes to finding an architect who can bring order to your home.

I’d see an architect to figure out how to solidify the roof over the garage. I would paint everything, including garage door, one color -white or blue. I would get rid of garage door inserts or replace garage door with a wood one. I would also add more landscaping. If windows are holding up, I’d wait on replacing windows as that could go over budget easily.

I would extend that roofline that goes halfway the width of the garage and extend it to the width of the full house and make it a covered front porch. When extended the roofline across the house it will cover up the ugly large rounded window. For light add a small new window above the door. Your house would clearly look best with a Medeterean Tropical Style. The hideous blue NEEDS to go. Paint the house white and the garage door, trim, and windows black. Wrap the brick poles in a silvery stone Finish the look with a beautiful mahonghy front door and black lanterns hanging by the garage door. Since the sand color driveway looks cheap and builder grade replace it with grey patio pavers to give the house more curb appeal and less of a parking lot feel
