If it is truly solid lumber and not a veneer, strip it and restain. Lot of work if it is solid, impossible most likely if veneer.

Me, I would leave it alone. Looks to be two different oaks and you will never get them to match. Let them contrast they serve different purposes.

Right now the table and chairs match the hutch - you have consistency in the dining area. I would leave the table as is.

Yes our refinished is giving us the stripped piece to take to Benjamin’s moor to test samples. I hate the colour it is the now. The contrast is very loud. I want a stain that doesn’t blends but in the same family of tones

I would go darker than the cabinets. but ideally hutch and chairs should match in some fashion - not sure what you are planning for those.
