Sorry odd place for a hot tub maybe a bit info as to why there. I like a hot tub close to the master bedroom usually and in back yard not totally exposed . What is the path to and from the hot tub that is really where you are exposed ?

Where do you lives, what kind of winter growing climate? Your deck now has a nice sense of openess and I think full metal barriers would seem heavy and harsh. I’d try vegetation for screening and if needed layered with a metal cut out screen like little bug posted below.

We live in Wa. we have wind from the southwest and we get a fair amont of rain. However a lot of greenery grows well 8b/9a,

I would consider some rusted metal panels. Or some thick greenery in pots.
