Fruit & Orchards Trees Texas Gardening

Another Texas tree ID

This is a large tree,leaves shaped like apple tree leaves, and it has hard fruits/berries a little less than an inch wide and they look exactly like cherries but they are hard and brown in color. They hang in clusters of 3 or 4. Already falling from the tree. I thought maybe chinaberry or crabapple but I dont think its either of those. Any ideas? Probably something common.

They're less than an inch wide.Notice the "seam" on one side.

I dont think buckeye,no husk ,not as hard. Maybe some kind of tiny crabapple,or wild cherry. Not pear,way too small.

Agree maybe pear - escaped callery pear. Is the tree thorny? Pics of tree and closeups of entire leaf and leaf buds would help.

Wow,I think that's it,Callery pear. I didn't know of any pear that small. So that's as big as they get huh? Not even an inch.
