Take one of the doors off the vanity to a slab yard and look for a remnant that works. You should get a new undermount sink as well, but they're not very expensive. Maybe if the faucet isn't too old you can reuse it. But if the vanity is old enough that it is no longer standard height (36"), I suggest you replace it - depending on who you expect to be the users of this bathroom. Grandchildren or a short adult might like a shorter height.

So you don't care that any suggestions for a countertop and flooring don't match the tile in the shower.

What about painting the vanity a navy and changing the countertop to a carrera marble.

Tile in shower/tub is white subway tile in good condition, so we thought we would leave it and accent with shower curtain.

I think that since its in good shape and not offensive, I wouldn’t just do too and floor.

I’d save to do the remodel.

HD has some good looking 49x22 countertops for less than 500.00. Not sure what size your countertop is.

It might be best to save up to do a full renovation, as currently the floor and shower tile would need to be updated, along with the vanity itself. There is no need to replace the countertops, if you won't love it. Maybe take this time to look at bathroom designs that you really love, save them to an ideabook on here, and then once you have the money saved up you can easily do they style you want.
