Shag area rugs look good for about a year. Help need something else!

I have posted here and all my friends have been so helpfull!. This rug has to go it is not bringing me joy but it is the right size. I LOVE my space with the help of HOUZZ ers. @Seajay Sparkles you designed this room for me basically!
