We have one, because my DH likes that kind of thing. It doesn't get used much, because I can't stand background noise/music unless we have a party. I am reading the forums right now and background music would start to bother me after a few minutes. I can also drive long distances with no radio on, specially when the weather isn't perfect.

If something happened to me, I am sure my DH would have music playing all over the house all day long!

Our ceiling speakers are "invisible". They get placed in the ceiling and the the final coat of plaster gets put on over them. Yes, they are more expensive, but I didn't want too much ceiling clutter, since we also have recessed lights.

I hate ours ! My husband insisted we have one . They equipment was super expensive and when there is a malfunction it is difficult and expensive to repair . It was a giant waste of money . A blue tooth speaker would have been a better choice .
