Hello,

I had a washer and dryer delivered to a remodeled home this past weekend and paid for install. Unfortunately, when the installers showed up they stated they could not proceed with install. Unfortunately the person on site didn’t get more information on what the actual problem is so I need help to understand the issue before having them come back out to complete the washer/dryer hookup.

From my initial research, it looks like I have a Sioux Chief OxBox installed with water arrestors. It appears there are black caps installed on the valves and the drywall remains unfinished, but otherwise I do not see the issue that would actually prevent a successful install. Is there something here that would prevent a successful install?
