I haven't looked into where you can find this, but today, I was at an open house at a home that is for sale in Beaverton Oregon, and this plant was all over the place, in both the front and back gardens. Probably at least 20 clumps of it. The plants remained about 90% evergreen even after some fairly rough and cold weather recently. I've been wanting this plant for years but have never found it for sale. Apparently, once you get some in your garden, it grows vigorously and can be divided often. Either that, or the former gardener bought a lot of plants!
