Was F&P model DD603 equivalent to KA KUDD01DPPA?

Own a KitchenAid two-drawer dishwasher model KUDD01DPPA purchased in 2006. Need to replace the lid actuator motor on left side of the top drawer. Part no longer available through KA or secondary KA parts markets, it appears. To expand my search, was wondering if the same part was used in the F&P DD603. (F&P initially manufactured the KA 01 series.)

DD603 lid motors are NLA. The last supply of them were sold as pairs. There's a pair of top motors, new-openbox on eBay. Search 528112, I believe that's the top pair, 528113 being the lower pair. The wiring leads are included with the 603 motors, top should be longer than bottom. I can't say whether that works on the KA units but a bit of searching finds that KA motors appear to be the same.

DD605 motors are available and probably are physically/electrically the same as DD603 ... except 605 motors don't have the wires attached.
