What does the flooring state for an underlayment or vapor barrier? That will be the tell all and the only way the flooring will have a warranty. Personally, I would always want a vapor barrier or a concrete slab.

Seal off your concrete and use some type of vapor barrier to avoid a condensation pool under your LVP. It needs to stay dry underneath there, even if, the floors are waterproof. If, you have enough water pooling, it will lift the flooring and cause issues. The flooring has some bouyoncy. The flooring material will not be harmed but the installation will be.
