Would it be a lost cause to try modernizing this home? There is a raised living room and so much wood.
I know it depends on what you choose to do with it. Any ideas of how to redo the living room steps? There is a pool underneath and I’m not sure about that either. That part also overlooks the water so I’m not sure if it should be turned into something else. I attach the Zillow link with more photos. Thank you in advance.
