Screening in part of my porch. I'm screening upstairs and ground floor but only about half of each. Three questions. #1 paint the underside of the downstairs porch? #2 I'm using screentight should I use the fast track or the original? #3 I'm thinking on the ground floor to not go all the way to the ground leaving the base about 1 1/2" above the cement so that water could escape. The question is is there any type of flap type thing I could install to keep stuff out but allows me to sweep water out. Any other tips and suggestions welcome.
