Well first if it has door to it that will need to change to a window. There is not much you can replace that with other than another deck. Do you use it ? I need more info like what room does it come off of? I have never really seen this type of deck off a bedroom for instance that really ever gets used so for me I would remove it but that will create some issues with siding match up for sure . I would do that then enlarge the patio area and do a nice glass roof pergola over the new larger patio. That will alow lightinto the bottom windows

Thanks Patricia! Love your idea! The deck comes off a small bedroom/my office. I rarely use it and think it was an afterthought. The whole house is getting new siding, same color.

Which direction does this side of the house face? A small Juliet balcony could replace the big deck if the doors are sliders.
