Window grids or no?

We are replacing our windows and are thinking of going from casement tondouble hung downstairs. My dilema is add grids or no? I am not good at photo shop but I tried

If you switch to double hungs, use them throughout. Don't mix double hungs and casements.

Thanks! I really like that first photo you posted. Do you think my upstairs windows will look small if they are double hung? Thats the only reason I thought of keeping those casement

You currently have a split personality between the traditional garage door and modern windows. If you are keeping the garage, then yes grids, and yes all double hung. Don't mix casement and double hung.

You need to check the opening size if any are in bedrooms for egress code if changing to double hungs. I also agree to all the same style. Were it me, I would leave them all casements. And no grids.

I agree all casements no grids suits the house /and the garage door needs to be replaced .
