Moen Faucet Opinions Please!

I believe this is a newish style of Moen faucet so not a lot of online reviews, but thought I'd see if anyone here has thoughts on it!

Or Moen in general?

And thoughts on Moen’s “Bronzed Gold” finish? I was told it was easy to keep clean.

We have polished nickel now everywhere, and it has to be polished, so would like to avoid more polishing!

I can’t vouch for your particular faucet but can vouch for Moen’s outstanding customer service. We recently had some plumbing issues in the kitchen that included needing a new faucet. Our Moen faucet was about 10 years old and started leaking from underneath the cabinet. My husband was pretty sure the leak was due to his “repair“ attempt. Our plumber agreed and told me to call Moen for the replacement part emphasizing their great customer service. Moen sent an entire new faucet without me having to show any proof of purchase. I’d also neglected to register the faucet at purchase 10 years ago. The only thing I had was the owner’s manual. No charge…no problem! They were also so nice on the phone making it seem like I was doing them a favor.

ETA - Regarding drwass’ post, we did not buy our original faucet from Moen. It was purchased at Lowe’s.

I just installed the Moen brushed gold faucet(not sure if it's same as yours), I really like the color and the faucet.

But just be prepared to go through heaven and earth to find matching hardware. It took me dozens of Amazon returns to find an approximate match for the air switch button, and I'm still on the quest for matching cabinet pulls...

My home has all Moen faucets, and I have been very happy with them. I also have had to call Moen over the years for parts or replacing faucets (as my design aesthetic has changed), and they have been responsive (often sending me parts for free) and they have certain products offered at a discount for Moen customers. I don't have your finish, as my faucets are nickel or chrome, but I have been happy with Moen as a company. Just as an FYI - I have only bought my Moen products from Moen and not from places like Home Depot or Lowes. Not sure if there is a difference, but I heard there may be -?

Great to hear the make a good product and sounds like even better customer service!

Lily- glad you love the finish, but darn I hadn't even thought about it being hard to match for cabinet hardware. The sales lady at the store who raved on about this faucet said that Top Knobs' Honey Bronze is what they put with it but that's the only brand of knobs her store has so she didn't have any other recs. Good luck finding a match! And thanks for pointing that out!

Lily- what color are your cabinets? I'm getting Taj also and that faucet does look great with it! Very pretty!

My cabinets are builder white lol, I don't think it was painted anything. I was thinking of painting it a creamy white but still undecided.

It really is a beautiful color IMO and I don't regret getting it even though it's hard to match. even Moen themselves couldn't match it 😂 The closest match I found was the Kohler

Someone in a FB group said they found some on Amazon by Zauyx in champagne bronze that was a great match??

I bought my first home when I was 19, when we remodeled the plumber said “Always buy Moen, preferably in chrome because it won’t be dated” I followed his advice in the four homes I bought and remodeled. I’m 79 now and have never had a problem ! Excellent company.

We did Moen "Voss" fixtures in brushed nickel for 3 bathroom renos in 2015 and have had no issues. Purchased at FW Webb. I'm one of the minority that does not subscribe to the "Home Depot sells the same Moen stuff as the bath fixture stores". Go with the bath fixture store.

Thanks Kate! I hadn't heard that, but was planning on buying them from the local bath fixture store. Here price was really good and she was very helpful. Good to know though!
