No clothes closet accessible thru or in the bathroom. No skylight in a closet. Balance of the dimensions? Surround roomsa nd how this relates? How would ever clean around or behind that type (as it looks like a free standing tub)? They all need work. Post all the dimensions, doors windows, ALL dimensions. Is this a remodel? What can move and what cannot?

Answers to all of the questions since none of the plans are ideal

Not a pro but I don’t really love any of them (i dont understand the toilet placement and shower door interaction in layout B) - it all seems pretty squished but there aren’t room/wall dimensions so hard to tell -

2 sinks and a makeup area seems a lot in the layouts, do you need all of that?

are you big bathers? i’f skip the tub unless I already knew I was going to use it a few times a week

between a larger shower vs a larger closet, I’d choose closet every time - you can have a lovely steam filled shower in a modest sized shower, but not enough clothing storage is a daily irritation

There are pluses and minuses about all 3 layouts. I think your architect should be able to come up with a better layout though.

C gives you the most usable closet space without skimping on the bathroom space.

We need actual dimensions.

I think that the 30 and 36 width of the shower is too narrow for a master bathroom.

Hopefully using whatever software this was drawn on is not from an architect. So I took a minute to place these onto your whole house plan. The red line is more than likely where your main waste stack is, so the toilet should stay around there to minimize soffits in the ceiling downstairs.

Why the tub only in one of the three? A dressing table in a steamy bathroom has never been on my list of what makes sense, but then I also have no desire to hang out in a bathroom as long as it takes to do hair and make up. I think you need a fourth plan.

I would choose A or C (if you can move the skylight away from your clothes).

#C: separate walk in closet especially, shower’s size, a tub, no powder table, and vanity’s location will receive good sunlight from the window.

Thank you all for your input. Out of these floor plans, I like the last one the best as that is the largest closet space. We can do without the tub so that it isn't so tight there. I agree that these are not the greatest layouts and you'd think our architect could do better (I was hesitant to work with him again for this small project given previous experience but we're under tight timelines. It is what it is when it comes to the architect. The dimensions are tight (full dimensions in the link with the original post) and getting a real walk-in closet with the min width of 6.5' is a challenge (from the left to right of both bathroom and closet, it is only 172". Below is a picture of a bath that feels about the same proportions to me as what I'm working with. Unfortunately, skylight is not movable at this point (we just got a new roof).

What does the exterior look like, does the bath main wall face the front street side? Can the window locations help that elevation aesthetically?
