Have you no knowledge of the Google Image Search?? Look it up.

Good job

Beverly - yes, some people do not know about Google Image Search.

If someone else posts a photo on Houzz, how do I copy the photo from that post so as to bring it to Google Images?

Stax, I just save it to my photos from here, or from anywhere else you see a pic you want to save or search for. Once you have it saved, you can click on the camera icon in the Google search bar to upload the photo. That’s what works for me.

If I right-click on an image included on someone's houzz post, I can not save it

Hmmm, maybe someone else can help. I use an iPad here. I press and hold anywhere on the image. A box appears that includes the option ”Save to Photos.” I click on it and it goes to my photos.

^ same, but If you’re using the Microsoft suite on a computer, you can use the Snipping tool, super easy: just highlight whatever is on screen you want and save it as an image

Snipping tool is activated by pressing Windows Key + Shift + S.

Houzz has disabled the ability to right click on photos to save them on your computer. I use the SNIPPING TOOL from Windows. It's invaluable in being able to capture the image of an item even from a video.

Beverly reminded me…I also take screen shots of images (including videos) on my iPad to save to my photos. Just another way to do it. Screen shots are helpful if the ”Save to Photos” option isn’t available (which is rare).

The save to photos option where you hold down the photo only works on apple products I believe and through a web browser. The app doesn't have that function iirc.

I use a combo of tools depending on which device I'm using. snip it, save to photos, screenshots, etc.

So, beverlyfladeziner's snippy post at the head of this thread was ill founded.
