The is the new layout. The bathroom is new, this is currently my pantry. Behind the bathroom are stairs.

This large room is the dining room, but I never used it as one. I want to convert the back of the room to a pantry and use the front as office or mudroom (some place to store shoes and coats.

I didn't realized that each wall has a door.

If I’m reading the post correctly

Two of the best layout folks @JAN MOYER and @BeverlyFLADeziner are on the case but confused. This is the proposed design, correct? Does this represent what you are trying to do? Is the bottom left area the deck? Are the stairs shown on the right the carport?

If I understand correctly, you are concerned that in this layout the new mudroom/office, the area outlined in blue, has too many doors and really won't function well as an office/mudroom. If that's the case, maybe there is no way around it and you make it a mudroom/entryway and consider how to make the pantry multifunctional as a pantry/office.

Moving office to pantry, also installing hidden door to pantry, not adding door to washer/dryer cabinet. The door to mudroom from kitchen is converted in doorway.

As someone who has been in this business for nearly forty years........the phone is the worst thing to ever happen with regards to design, apps included.

What is goal......

Lots of ideas for bath/laundry combos on Houzz. You don't need the wall between them. Also gives a little more space to address the problem @Karenseb points out. My guess is the plumbing costs are big to move that much water and drainage to the pantry but really is a good option functionally.

How much are you planning to store in the mudroom? If all you need is a bench with some hooks over it, I think you are fine. If you need more storage space, all of the doors will be a problem.
