Do you already have the curtains, rings, and rod?

Thanks Lyn. Yes I have everything. The pinched pleated drapes don’t come in
the color I need. But it’s so hard to make them look pleated with the rings.

There really is no way to make them look pleated what Lyn shows is as close as you will get. Post pics here of the rod the drapes the rings then maybe somone has a btter idea.

Assuming there is a header in your drapes (the kind that makes it firm or stiff), you can use the drapery pin hooks.

You will need to carefully measure so that the "hook" of the pin makes the top of the drape line up where you barely see the rings.

It's also best to have rings where the eyelet is stationary, rather than being a clip.

I am assuming you have ring clips.

This video shows how you can gather the fabric in your hand and then clip. Clip placement should be uniform so the drapes are neat and lined up. Also, the space between each clip should be equal,

I've done ^^^ before and it works. Just make sure that the curtain panels are wide enough or they'll look skimpy. If they're ready-made, you can use two panels on each side of the window. Granted, it doesn't look as good as professionally done pinch/French pleats, but it was for my beach house, so good enough!

There are BETTER ways and hacks ( CUT the clips off the rings )
