To start IMO this is all backwards . The cabinets are usually the big ticket item so they come first , then the counters of course the floors but that does not figure into this post. Once the cabinets and counter are chosen then backsplash if not using the counter material and then wall color and then pulls and knobs. Are you getting quartz or quartzite 2 very different choices one real one plastic fake stone. Lighting right up there with cabinets so that colors stay true when choosing all of the above.

You say what undertones you do not want. What undertones do you want? Are you ok with grey just not greige?

No totally do not want gray. I never cared for gray and IMO are on their way out.
I am asking for a warmer than off white.

Warm colors do have yellow in them, that's what makes them warm. But you don't have to use something that is obviously yellow. It is impossible to perfectly color match from pictures online. Take a sample of countertop to a paint store, or take chips to the slab yard to find the right color. Who is painting the cabinets? If you're using a contractor, choose a color from the brand and type of paint they will use. If you're going to DIY, hopefully you already know you can't just use regular wall paint.

Once you think you have a good choice, get a Samplize sample as small chips are too small for a good test. Then paint one cabinet door as a sample (or have the contractor do it) and check it again against the slab. The degree of shine/gloss affects the way you will perceive the color. Be sure to look at the samples in natural light. The light in indoor slab yards is unlikely to be similar to what you have at home.

I concur with @kandrewspa - that's why I was a bit confused about not wanting a yellow undertone, it is what makes a white warm. (There are also off white with hints of red that give a warm undertone, but I don't think those would look good with your counter.)

Maritime white is my go to for a warm kitchen that isn't too yellow-ish. Though, it still may be too yellow for you, and you can only tell once it is held up to your counter sample. I like a 3000k bulb. It is warm but not too, too yellow. I think you just have to get a bunch of chips, then narrow it down to what samplize swatches to order.

work w the floor mostly. provincial is quite nice. I'd paint the cabinets green. the counter will work w that along w the warmer hardware if thats what you want. Question is...what green? there are tons of light green shades....you have to bring the paint sample cards to your space with a sample piece of the counter ... hopefully. this will be really attractive. go to an actual color...very light.

A lot depends on how the white will look in your house - FWIW we have SW dover white cabs, a really mellow soft white - the description says strong yellow undertones but I don’t see any yellow 🤷‍♀️
