Just curious, is there a reason the white door was left as is?

Awesome job!! I always think these should include the cost break down just to give people a ball park. New windows, paint and new garage door. All seems likely necessary given the age of the home, so the cost is not optional really. The landscaping would be optional but such a plus!! Did you do anything different on the roof?

@arcy_gw Yes, my husband changed the fascia and decreased the number of layers from 4-5 to 2-3 depending on location. What a great thought on the pricing - if I had those numbers easy I’d add them in here. We did a lot ourselves and over time so there are definitely some variables in there!

Re: the white door by the garage. Yes, I would paint it. It is the only off note in a beautiful composition.
