Add some sand finish to the paint you choose. They sell it for this exact purpose.

.They are highly UV-resistant, preventing excessive fading from direct sunlight, while withstanding extreme temperatures better than epoxies. Their flexibility allows them to adjust to concrete's seasonal expansion.

I don't know if this would work for you, but your might look into it.

I have used the regular Floor and Patio Paint and have never had an issue with slipping down here in Florida where some seasons are very rainy.

A paint product on concrete, outdoors, is a terrible choice.

That Valspar paint I posted has lasted 18 years without peeling. I only repainted because the quality of the concrete underneath was terrible and the pitting because more prominent over time.
