I would go in this direction:

You entry is obviously too narrow for a bench and console but a shallow console on the right that goes to the floor will balance out your off center door and the runner and is what i would recoomend. you can get 34" wide runners on Wayfair and you can get 41" wide runners on Pottery Barn. Or if you go to a carpet store that binds broad loom they almost always have a remnant section of carpeting in patterns that you can have done in a custom size.

A good runner size for you would be 4ft x 9ft and no smaller than 3ft x 8 ft or 9ft. I am not sure where you are shopping but you will find these for sure online.

Just Google ”made to measure rugs”, there are lots of options online. You can order any size you want, but a little more expensive than standard in my experience.

Depending on budget, you might look at Flor tiles. They have tiles that can be cut to custom sizes to fit your needs.

5 x 7 is plent big for your space, just enough to cover the doorway and add some interest to the space.
