Your cabinets look nice, I would not do anything with them. Change out your countertops and sink, and then would come the back splash, and whatever you are going to do to the island.. I would add wall paint into your to do list. The yellow walls do not go with your cabinets all that well. Pick a very light color, greens, or aqua's, or a color that goes with the rest of your house. Put some cushions on your bar stools. They look very uncomfortable to sit on. I dont know if your cabinets with glass doors are lighted or not, if not, you may want to add lights to them. I also cant tell if you have under cabinet lighting, if not, you may want to add those too.
