We are painting our entire house which has always been white. Our main problem is the golden oak trim and mantle in the family room. We have neutral carpet in there and high ceilings. I want to keep the oak. Any ideas for paint colors? The kitchen will be BM heather gray (a very green gray) and the dining room SW storm cloud, a very bold blue gray. Furniture in the FR is beige, red and olive green plaid couch and olive green corduroy arm chairs. I would like a warm color that is not too dark.
