Your other surfaces don't look very busy, so you could stand the pattern that a darker grout will create. However, white or light will be more serene and not produce a grid effect. It's really more personal preference.

I think a light gray would look good, echoing the stainless and countertops. Whatever the color of the tile and paint, it looks nice.

I would never use or advocate the use of white grout on a backsplash-- too tough to keep clean, even epoxy. What I would suggest would be a slight OFF white grout. In your case, a very light gray, such as Mapei's warm gray, or Laticrete's silver shadow. It's just enough color to both bring out the pattern of the tile, as well as hide normal aging.

I would have laid the tile tight together and skipped the grout :/

This is one that comes up every once in a while. Groutless tile on a backsplash. There are very few tiles with which you can get away with this, and even those tiles, I try and steer my clients away from, for the same reason as not going groutless-- if you have little cracks and crevasses in your backsplash, over time, if you don't fill those up, they're going to fill up on their own, and not with anything you'd want to be around your food prep area.

Light grey! When we re-tiled a shower I wanted the grout to highlight the tile pattern without the sharp outline that a black or dark grey grout would give it. White grout in a kitchen behind the stove what be a cleaning challenge.

I vote for the light gray. I'd go with darker gray if they were regular tiles, but glass look more delicate and I think they might look overwhelmed with a darker grout. I see you are adventurous with colour from the looks of the pendants, though, so you could even consider something on the pale blue side that would "pull" the greenish look away from the tile and give it all a bluer look.

But I'm usually a little outside of the box on colour, so probably the light gray would appeal to more people. :)

With glass tile I like to try and find the closest color to the tile. Only the back of glass tile has color, so when you use contrasting grout is alters how the color of the glass tile appears.

I'm going with white! Will post photos when it's grouted.

I would definitely go with a color that will disappear. There is no reason to draw attention to the grout n the room. Also ask about a sealer to make it easier to keep clean.
