My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have a new client from the Virgin Islands and we are working on how to incorporate these insulated forming system with a no curb, no dam, hobless shower build.

My gut is that with some simple rebar changes a structural engineer can help us design a small recess of between 1.5" and 3" to pull off the barrier free shower this client wants.

I hope he sends me down for a site visit !!! I have never been to the Virgin Islands but anywhere warm that ends in Island(s) sounds good to me right now in rainy Vancouver.... JW
