My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Where are the pendant sphere's from? They are beautiful. I also love the fabric on the chairs...can you tell me where they are from as well?

    The pendants are custom made, available through Beverly Tracy Home Design, Saratoga Springs, NY. The fabric on the Chairs is a Kravet fabric in their New Mexico Museum Collection, also available through Beverly Tracy Home Design.

      The dining room chairs were custom designed by Black Wolf Furniture Company. I do not have adequate records for the lighting fixtures above the kitchen island.

      I just found this earlier and I think its the chandelier made by Lauren - Ralph Lauren found on www.circalighting.com. Would love to know where pendants are from.
