Base material for shower.

I am planning a luxury shower for a master bath renovation. I want to know which material is the best looking, longest lasting, and lowest maintenance for the base of the shower.

Lead shower pan, not plastic.

Any ceramic tile you pick will last forever. Stone tile can be more problematic - chipping, eroding w/ strong cleaners, etc.

Get a one piece fiberglass shower base. Spray some foam insulation under it for additional support and quietness. We have had one for 15 years that has had daily use and still looks good. It may not fit a luxury shower but it is the lowest maintenance that I know of.

LEAD? uhm, no. no lead.

possibly you mean cast iron, though.
