The flooring and trim look great, can you please tell me how they installed them so they do not have any little gaps between the trim and floor where the floor has minor variations in level ness. I'm trying to avoid using quarter round but can't figure out how to get it to look like this. Thank you

    After the floor is installed, the bottom of the base trim is cut at an angle then installed so that the front "tip" sits on the floor and can be easily made to conform to inconsistencies in the flooring.
