Unfortunatley they can't be moved because how they are wired behind the wall. Do I need art work above the fist tank?

Your home has many beautiful architectural details- I would keep the decor simple, like you have it now-- this will allow for the beautiful molding, windows and other details to shine!

The two balconies and the fish tank provide plenty to look at.

Personally, I would not hang art above the aquarium. I think it will detract from the aquarium, and it appears that it would also place the art higher than is desirable. Even though the sconces are wired to the wall, undoubtedly there is some kind of mounting hardware, if you look close enough. The wires should be able to be disconnected from the fixture once the circuit is OFF (check and double check, or have an electrician do the job). New sconces would then be wired in where the old ones were removed. To me, it is the original sconces which sort of un-balance that wall.

If you want to try adding a medium size piece above the fish tank I think it may look quite nice. These photos are just ideas but not exactly what I had in mind. At Lowes or Home Depot in the moulding dept you can find wood scroll type art pieces (they are not too large). I think they are designed to attach to furniture and are unpainted. But, perhaps you can paint the wood piece white and put it just above the tank. I think something with some curves to break up the angles and relate to your balcony. I've used the wood scrolls to dress up boring closet doors and painted them and hung them centered just above the door.

If you even want to consider the idea of changing out the sconces, in my opinion, you would need to find some that essentially hang downward rather than rise upward. I'd like to see the widest part of the sconce well below the top of the tank. Although your picture doesn't show the detail in the tank, I'll bet it is a lovely focus point for your room.

I think an electrician can move about any fixture. The room is fantastic.....it just has those three little problems. Just cause I am curious.....do the fish react to the music?

Looks like you take pride in your home and it does look nice. Agree, sconces are long for room, but I get the feeling they will stay. Like Darzy's idea of metal scroll art above fish tank.

Just to clarify, the wood molding piece I've suggested above the fish tank wouldn't necessarily look like art. It would look more like dressing up the fish tank design. I agree an art piece between the tank and balcony would be too much.

Don't really like speakers on wall. But they are wired, so they stay. Your sconces are nice, but doesn't fit wall. They are too long. I would use them on a wall without a chair Rail. You can have scones, but they should go pass fish tank by 18" the bottom should be 5-7" above chair rail wider and bigger shade if you go that way. I would go more rustic, you have that look going. Iron like balcony would work more ornate. Ck out sites that carry Spanish looking furn. Or rustic. Restoration Hardware may have something . Keep fur pillows but mix in a animal print also.

I would purchase some traditional style BAS RELIEF panels ( some are cast resin for ext garden spaces)some are in cast stone stone ( such as Pineapple Design) and place them right under under the round shaped balcony to add a sense of character and visual weight and keep it from looking so weak ( think afterthought) this would add a simple detail that could carry a lot of need for details that are part of the building as opposed to "decorative pictures" which are less integral but helpful. to finish the wall space above couch Then I would use larger scale wall sconces , not smaller, and include even exterior lanterns in your search ( Hinkley Lighting)_ ( 18" to 22" ) tall and go with a dark muted or patina metal finish ( nothing too fancy simple but more understated /refined. The space already has a lot going for it , Some custom louver shutters to filter the light coming in the arched window on the top of the doors would be great if in budget.

This may be a crazy idea, but what about a piece of metal sculpture of some sort between the aquarium and the balcony......these examples are a fish and a bird, but it can be anything that you are personally interested in of course.
Also these are silver in color, but you could use a bronze type coloring for this area, which may be more suited?

Speakers can't be hidden. If you place them behind something, then that alters how they put sound out into the room. It may diminish their function, which is what they were bought for.

If you're considering moving the speakers, I would consider how you want them to spread sound around the room and where people will be while they are in use.
