My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The leather pictured in this photo is called Haven Pecan. It is a very natural leather and therefore has natural variations... Once the order is placed American Leather will send us a cutting of the leather they are going to put on the frame for customer approval and then start production after approval of the cutting. This assures that you are getting what you ordered :)
