Was thinking in the greys?

i like the warm, homey feel of the room. Greys are very in right now, and would have to pick the right one so it would go with the red and not look to cool. if its open to kitchen, can we see pictures of that?

Here is an update for fireplace photo. I am thinking a grey/ taupe colour out of the tile used already for the fireplace wall. Perhaps a beige taupe for the other walls ? I included a couple of other walls as well.

Thank you but my husband hates greens after being in the army! Was trying for a shade in the taupes or grey? Looking for a suggestion. The kitchen will have a grey blue to go with the rustic red in there, that is the inside wall colour, with round corners, the inner wall and hallway have it. So I wonder what a good flow of colour wood be?

Deep or medium grey will work with best as technically it is not a colour. It will work with your colours
