Need help with countertop selection

Wanting to "lighten up" my kitchen, I replaced my old natural cherry cabinets with painted ones. Since all the woodwork in my kichen is bone white, I went with that color for my cabinets. Not being a fan of stainless steel, I stayed with my bisque appliances. But now the kitchen looks a bit more "monochromatic" than perhaps it should. (I also have a basically bone colored ceramic tile floor in the room.) So.........what can anyone suggest for a new countertop (preferrably quartz) that will liven up the space, add some interest and some color. I would like to use an oil-rubbed bronze faucet to complement my new ORB cabinet hardware.
