I need some guidance and advice desperately please

We have built an addition on our home which includes Master bedroom 17 x 12 master bathroom 8 x 12 and closet 8 x 12. We designed everything ourselves as my husband is a contractor. We are at the drywall stage ready for paint and ready to tile in bathroom. I just don't know what to do. We have remodeled our entire house making it open concept design, I have gotten all my ideas from Houzz. I just cant make any more decisions.

I think my style is Transitional, I like some modern elements but not too much, I do not like crown molding. etc. I am an earthy person as far as color goes. Browns, Blacks, boring Beige, gray etc
Entire house is open concept, all walls are painted 'Bleeker beige'. All my doors are painted black with white trim. Hand scraped hardwood throughout in a darker tone. I will attach pictures so you can understand my look.

Need help with the following:

Master bedroom is ready for painting, I need advice on colors. Do I paint ceiling different color other than white, (I have never done this before) I am thinking of an accent wall but only if it will look good. Hardwood flooring will continue into bedroom. There are 4 pot lights and a Chandelier over bed. I need color help please. Center beam at peak of room will be dark wood with large ceiling fan.

My bathroom ceiling is an open ceiling wall does not go to ceiling. So my paint colors have to flow. Flooring will be heated tile in bathroom. Nothing is picked out yet, I need tile color ideas. There will be 2 beams across open wall where additional lights will be . So you can see vaulted ceiling thorough beams. Bathroom is 8 x 12 with 4 x 8 shower with rainhead and separate hand held, Linear drain at water end . 3 vertical niches with interior lights. Vanity to be 4 ft. I am looking for an old dresser to convert to vanity and add vessel type sink. Toilet is across from vanity. You have to walk through bathroom to get to closet.
