My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The price can vary depending on the design/layout, appliances and brick selected. I would recommend by working on the design first, research pricing for the appliances, then request pricing to build. This will give you a better idea of the cost of construction.
