I had a very bad experience with jossandmain.com. First their delivery times are too long because probably most of the items come from China. I placed the order on Dec 24, 2015 for a sofa (Worth $1675.00). They don't inform me of the delivery or order status. I had to call to find out that it will be middle of feb, 2016 that they will ship. And then they asked me to update my credit card which I did right away. Then I call to find out when will it be shipped. That is when they tell me that they cancelled the order a day ago. And now to get the sofa I need to wait another 5-7 weeks.
The lady at the customer service was very rude. I had to ask to talk to supervisor. Supervisor was nice but of no help.
I cannot say anything of the quality because I never received the sofa. The bench I received was of a mediocre quality certainly not value for the money. I would go with overstock.com any day.
I will never ever order from jossandmain.com again.

BE CAREFUL! IF YOU ORDER SOMETHING MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO CHANGE YOUR MIND BECAUSE AS SOON AS YOU ORDER IT, EVEN IF IS DURING THE NIGHT, THEY WILL SHIP IT IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN IT, THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING FEE. I PLACED AND ORDER AT 1 AM AND CALLED TO CANCEL IN THE MORNING AND THEY SAID IT WAS ALREADY ON THE WAY SO I HAD TO GO TO FED EX AND TAKE THE FURNITURE TO RETURN AND JOSS & MAIN CHARGED ME $100 SHIPPING FEE.

Do not order furniture from Joss & Main. I ordered a small dresser. I SHOULD HAVE NOTICED THAT THERE ARE NO REVIEWS OF ANY ITEMS ON THIS WEBSITE!!! This essentially means you are throwing a dart about whether the color in the photo is accurate... or whether the quality is adequate. When I received the furniture and the color was way off and the quality was poor, I called to return it. The item cost $200. They told me the return shipping would be $112!!!!! It is a tiny dresser that only weighs 31 pounds. I asked customer service how they can charge more than 50% of the price of the item in return shipping. They said the cost was not up to $400. They said this was a "flash sale site" and that "products aren't on the site long enough to review". I pointed out that most Overstock furniture items seem to work it out... and have reviews... so you can vet OUT issues like quality and color BEFORE you have it shipping to your house. They were not swayed. I asked them how they expected to sell furniture online without giving customers information... and putting the entire onus of the return on the customer.... and charging over 50% to return the item WITH NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE TO INDICATE THAT THIS IS POSSIBLE AND SUGGEST THAT CUSTOMERS SHOULD CALL THE COMPANY AND GET THE RETURN FREIGHT FIRST BEFORE YOU BUY IT. I told them that this is a set-up for customers to expect things to match the description, and expect REASONABLE return shipping costs. They were not swayed. The customer service rep says that "most of their customers know it is a "flash sale" site. I questioned again what she means by "the product is not on the website long enough to collect returns". A blatant lie. The small buffet has been on the website a month. Reviews could be listed and posted instantly in a blog format. The whole thing is very deceitful and low level. I will NEVER EVER EVER buy from Joss and Main again. If I want to risk buying "flash sale" furniture, I will just use Overstock... because at least they try to give you detailed data and reviews to help you avoid making a mistake.
- 10 years agoI just ordered 2 barstools from J&M & was more than pleased with price, delivery time & quality for the price. I may not make a habit of it & will research before I buy, but I was pleasantly surprised. I've also ordered from Overstock & Wayfair & have been mostly pleased. Zulily however...is another story. Way too many misses, not enough hits. Done with them.

Had a very bad experience with them, I got a tray that was suppose to be durable and sturdy, it was not at all. Also most of the stuff is made cheaply from china. It pays to look at what other companies asking price is. I did have fast delivery but the quality is not very good, made in china is a warming sign I am finding out. And manufacture wood mean not good quality. Customer service is good thought.

I really can't stand them. I find that their deals aren't deals at all sometimes. When I find something I like I dig around and try to find it elsewhere (which is occasionally hard because they often "rename" the items and don't tell you who the manufacturer is). A lot of times I find that it's not a great discount. I also find that you're "stuck" with a lot of what you buy, because you can only return many items for merchandise credit, and then you're out the cost to ship it back.
I once ordered a tufted bed from there on one of their sales. Two weeks later I saw it was almost $100 less on another sale. I asked them for a price adjustment and they refused.
I think the whole thing is a sham to play off of people's tendencies to impulse buy, which can lead to some serious buyer's remorse.
Edited - sorry, I didn't realize how old the original post was.

I just ordered a number of items from Joss and Main and, as some have stated, was told when I wanted to cancel something ten minutes after the order went in (by accident) that it was too late to cancel. This appears to be a gimmick on the company's part and I suspect will keep others from ordering again. I spent days on the phone with customer service folks but finally found someone who was very helpful. In the end I am getting the chest gratis because of all the issues involved. Whether it arrives and by what day is another question, but I am happy with at least one of their customer service representatives. Will post again when my items arrive to talk about quality of delivery and items on order.

I love Joss and Main and have furnished most of my house using them. Quality varies based on what you pay, but if you price compare, you'll see that Joss and Main is almost always the best price for the same item. Price comparing can be tricky because they will likely use a different name than is used elsewhere, but I just click on images in my search engine and can usually find the item. I don't tend to return items because I don't like to hassle with it, so their return policy is less of an issue with me. If this bothers you, I wouldn't order something like a sofa. You'll want to try that out first and see if it's comfortable. The sofa I ordered from there is the only thing I've really been disappointed with, but it was only $600, so not the huge loss it might have been if I ordered somewhere else. It's comfortable enough and was very attractive when I ordered, but it has no stain resistance. Every little spill that my kids have made over the past two years shows on it, and it looks nothing like a two year old sofa.
I'll continue to buy there, and I may even buy a sofa again, but this time I'll be careful about buying something that shows reviews and something with a fabric that is washable. I agree that customer service is amazing! There were items that came damaged, and they replace them no questions asked and let you keep or donate the other so you don't have to hassle with return shipping. One time I ordered some tables that were very nice online, but came with chipped edges on the glass (broken from the underside, so not sharp but unsightly) and unattractive, messy glue lines. When they replaced them, the others were better. I was able to save the first tables by using a magic marker to hide the chipped edges and making the glue lines face the wall. If hadn't been able to work with them, I could have just tossed them, but either way it was nice to not have to hassle with return shipping when someone else made the error.
Most of what I've bought has been great, but when I look at my experience overall, I'd say there may be a higher than average occurrence of damaged items. It definitely takes the pressure off knowing that they'll deal with that promptly, but I know some would rather not deal with it at all. Still, it's one quick and easy phone call, and it's done. Unfortunately, you just have to wait longer to get what you want when that does happen.
It's been worth it for me not only because I save money but because the website it awesome. They make it so easy to see how things fit together, and I feel like I was able to bypass the use of an interior designer because they did a lot of that for me.

Purchased two side chairs...in June 2016...delivery was changed four times...i then saw in email..that it was to be yet again...a day later than the last delivery date...i called...
Omy!!! was told that items were no longer being manufactured....it took over a month to figure that out...and of course the standard.."I AM SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE"...INCONVENIENCE FOR HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE...ON CREDIT...INCONVENIENCE FOR NOT LOOKING FOR OTHER CHAIRS...WHICH I WANTED TO HAVE FOR A EVENT IN SEPTEMBER...
THEN I RECEIVE AN EMAIL...STATING THAT I CANCELLED THE ITEMS.......
IF THEY HAVE PEOPLE..OR COMPANIES SELLING ON THEIR SITE...YES IT IS THEIR SITE...THEY NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE THIRD PARTY PEOPLE...IF THAT IS WHAT IT WAS... REGARDLESS...ALL I GET IS I AM SORRY.
NONSENSE...ABSURD.....

I purchased tile that differed GREATLY in color and quality from what was listed on the website, and some arrived broken as well. Joss and Main said that it is "natural differences" in the stone and will only let me return if I pay $224 in shipping costs. Completely untruthful re: the "natural differences" and they won't stand by their product at all and I have to get Visa involved. I'm now pretty sure they sell factory seconds as first run items. Stay AWAY.

Bought one item from JossandMain. It was absolute junk. It had looked great online. Also the no return policy would stop me from ever buying again ( but also the quality and description of the first item would keep me from ever being a repeat customer. Total junk. And the price wasn't that cheap either.

4 years ago I bought my whole bedroom set from J and M-upholstered bed, 2 side tables and a wide dresser. Everything came in perfect condition and straight from the manufacturer. It was all in huge crates to protect during shipping. I saved at least $1,000 and was very happy with my whole experience!

Bought a Christmas Tree and never got it!
Ordered November 7 for delivery on November 23.
If I could give zero, I would. When I ordered it was supposed to be delivered on Nov 23. Then on that day it showed Nov 24. Now it shows Monday. I was very, VERY, concerned this tree had been sitting in a box for 9 days, not to mention they have ruined my decorating plans with my family.
After three different people and being hung up on twice, I worked with someone for 2 hours! They could not get a tree here any earlier than mid-December so she issued a refund. She said they would still deliver the tree since it is in the next town and if it was salvageable, I could use it. Because of this, I did not order another tree from anyone.
Today, Monday after Thanksgiving, when it was to be delivered, I see it was physically on the FedEx truck Saturday and they pulled it off in order to send back to the vendor. This was done without notifying me! Now I have no tree!!
Because of their thoughtlessness, I have missed the window for most fresh delivery places and will not be able to receive a tree until 10 days before Christmas. Merry Christmas to me! Thanks for nothing Joss and Main. - 9 years ago
I buy cheap stuff from them- it looks nice, but if I want to re-decorate in a few years, it's no "heirloom" piece I feel I cannot get rid of, or am losing a huge value to re-sell it. For children's items, or heavily used items, I'll research very carefully, and won't buy unless I can find a lot of info on the piece.

I've ordered a few rugs from them. two of them, after delivery, looked nothing like the colors in photos. I called and notified them of the issue and they said no problem. printed out the return label, set it out on the porch, and the shipping co picked it up. I was issued a refund. Have never had an issue with them. however, their stuff can be on the junky side. just keep this in mind when ordering.

TERRIBLE shipping and customer service at Wayfair & at Joss & Main (they are the same exact company and their invoices are even linked). We have been lied to about several pieces of furniture. One is a Pax Panel Patricia Beds that was promised to us in a few days, then pushed back several weeks. The delivery date now says December 8th but today is the 11th and no sign of the bed. They tell you that they arent sure where it is and will let you know in 3 business days. The worst part though, is that we were waiting on a Woodland bunk bed for my 4 year old son as a Christmas gift because all he wanted was "a ladder bed" and now the delivery date changed from December 18th to January 9th. Ill never get him a bed as a gift now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM JOSS & MAIN OR WAYFAIR. Tried to use them to furnish my entire new house, and it has been one thing after another and Im waiting on them with no help from customer service. We are ready to move in to our new house we built before the holidays, and we have no beds!

I can only say the very best of things for this company! I ordered a bed for my parents but accidentally ordered the wrong color. They went above and beyond to make sure they got the right bed shopped in time for Christmas and without charging me for MY mistake! What company does that? None! I ordered another bed from Restoration Hardware last year and that is where i received both a poor quality bed and the worst customer service on the planet. That is one company that I wish would go out of business. I've ordered several things from them and will continue to. They've been around for a very long time and have nice and reasonably priced items. I like high quality items like the rest of us but let's be honest. The price on some furniture in some of the stores is beyond ridiculous. Joss and Main is very reasonably priced and the items have all been great quality.

Do NOT order from Joss and Main --- the shipping will take 6 months and the quality is walmart on a good day. Do not order trust me as I've ordered from loads of companies online and rarely had any problems - Joss and Main has the worst customer service ( they laugh at you when you say you've waited 6months for an item) they say the truck left CA - but then it takes 2 more months. Everything is always on
back order - Beware ... Beware -Do yourself a favor and save yourself alot of frustration and skip them - 9 years ago
Joss Main / WayFair/ All Modern
they are all the same company. Let me add on to the above review. I ordered a bed in October - in November I called to ask where was my bed ( they promised 2 week delivery) They told me it was on back order ( I called them they never notified me ) They told me in December the bed was shipped and wouldn't arrive until January as their slow moving trucks come from California and it takes a month to get to Florida. I called them in February to ask "where is my bed" they told me it was sitting in a warehouse in Miami. I called the warehouse to deliver and they told me that only 2 of the 3 pieces arrived. I call back Joss and Main and they told the third piece is on BACKORDER again until APRIL ...
Meanwhile they asked me if I wanted a $100 discount because of the problems. Make not that it's ME contacting them - Horrible customer service and HORRIBLE company (companies) PLease listen to me when I tell you that this is the most stressful online order of my life. They could care less that I ordered and PAID for a Bed in October of 2016 and I will not get the bed now until APRIL of 2017 and I am sure something else will go wrong -- I am obviously giving up and canceling my order. Buyer Beware. Use Amazon Prime or another furniture store. Stay far far away from this company.

I bought a living room chair from them, it was the worst buying decision I ever made! They delivered it on a day I was working despited being in communication with John in customer service who promised to call Fed Ex to assure that it would be delivered on a day I was there. They stated my upholstered large chair was a "Small parcel" and just left it at the back door in the rain. The box was larger than my door and had HEAVY stamped on it. There was no way I could lift it much less get it in door. I would have gladly paid to have it delivered into my home but that was never offered as an option, silly me, I ASSUMED they would not just dump it outside and leave! To add insult to injury, the legs require a drill to attach them AND two of the legs had no drill holes, just blocks of wood. I could have screamed. I wrote multiple emails to John, the MANAGER of customer service and he has not responded. So, I am left with writing to the upper management. DO NOT ORDER FROM JOSS&MAIN or WAYFAIR if you want your sanity!

My past experiences with both Wayfair and Joss and Main have been okay. I know that their merchandise is "cheap" Made in China stuff...but it's cute, so I buy. However, this past month, order an accent chest and arrived damage. No questions ask and sent out another one...it arrived even more damaged. Then ask if I wanted a 3rd one sent out. I said, NO...I would TRY to repair the first one which was the least damaged. They didn't want them back...donate to charity? Then I ordered a second little accent piece and it too arrived damage and the "wood" was warped and the nails had all pulled away from the backing which was a VERY thin piece of something, not sure it's wood, maybe particle board? So once again, did I want it replaced or a refund. I said, send another one out. If this one arrives damaged, that will do it for me. Customer service people answering the phones have been very nice and no hassles or showing proof of damage, which led me to believe this is a common occurrence for them. I have bought quite a few things at Home Goods which basically deals in the same products...but have decided from now on to TRY to buy more quality products locally and even though spending more, less frustration and disappointment.

I love Joss & Main. I order from them all the time and have never had an issue. They have great customer service and returns are no issue. They are a sister site of Wayfair. You do have to pay attention and compare prices to other sites because prices change often. If you see a great low price, but aren't ready to purchase you can call and get a quote that is good for a week so you lock in the price. I just ordered the chairs in the picture attached and love them. It did take about 3 weeks to get them, but that was only because they are a custom fabric item and have to be made once the order is placed. These chairs are the same chairs as the Birch Lane Henderson chairs (Birch Lane is another one of their companies) but I paid hundreds less. I also ordered the night stands in the bedroom picture which are very high quality. I think it depends on the product when it comes to quality. A lot of items are coming directly from the manufacturer. I have also ordered the Hearst Rug, 2 Stefan Ottomans, 4 Brianne Rattan Barstools, Wilton Accent Table, Diamond 12'' x 12'' Marble Mosaic Tile in Italian Venatino and multiple light fixtures.
I love those chairs! Those are the exact ones i want to order and that brought me to this thread. I was wondering what others opinions were. Are they comfortable?

I refrain from ordering furniture on line (period). I choose to purchase quality items from reputable local sources. Reading the info on Joss and Main customer experiences, I will continue to refrain. Not worth the headache and disappointment in quality.
- 9 years agoI've never bought from either J&M ir W-F, but back around holidays there were complaints about them missing promised delivery dates, creating inconveniences for those entertaining during the season.

I'm having a bad experience trying to return some cushions I bought from them (are they Wayfair or Joss&Main btw?- not clear). The cushions are ok but too small for my needs. My issue is that their website might look fine but their online practices for returns is far from what it should be on this day and age.
When I went to my account I got greeted by an "There are no orders associated with your account." Funny thing is that I've got the Order number and of course I got the cushions. I also got to the stupid message from a link in the same email they sent me to review the product... So, what's up with their record keeping?
Now I've had to communicate the old-fashion way, by email, wasting my time giving all the order details instead of it all being automatic and easy for returns, like in up-to-date, modern websites. Come on people, this is the XXIst century!
I've ordered a few things from them. Nothing large like furniture. A light fixture came broken they were very helpful. It's a good spot to find things and search elsewhere for them by searching the name of the product... I often do that with WF and J/M.
I've ordered from wayfair. I can tell you...IF, you do have any issue with an order, their customer service will bend over backwards to fix it. They did a couple things for me that reminded me, we're all human behind these screens.

I ordered several throw pillows and a throw blanket. Free shipping, One pillow was $60! Fell in love with it online but it was not nearly as nice in person. Sent it back on my dime. Cheapest shipping back was around $20 and I only got a store credit. Well, ended up not using any of the other items, but I won't pay to ship it back. The only good thing ended up being store credit applied to Wayfair and forgot I had the J+M credit. Only paid $5 for my wayfair item. (though wayfair first sent the wrong item!).

I'm sorry. Yes we all have bad, some horrific stories to tell. I'm sorry your experience wasn't good.
Wayfair is most definitely overpriced!! I have a card i paid off there n haven't touched since because I "know",my experience with how I was treated was a once in a lifetime thing!

My Wayfair purchase was a 90 piece Oneida flatware set for $62 on sale I believe. I priced the same set at Macy's for $122. I do think most of those sites are overpriced! I always start at Amazon when price comparing. They seem to have EVERYTHING! I did buy an upholstered bed on J+M quite a few years ago and was very happy with it. (only $122)

So, are both Joss and Main AND Birch Lane under Wayfair? I just got this thread but googling all three believe it or not. Joss and Main seems to be like an outlet? I had thought that one was the outlet for Overstock but apparently I was mistaken. Is there an outlet for Overstock?
very confusing

Joss & Main has a lot of good quality items. They also have low-quality items. I recommend working with a professional. You will be surprised to learn that an interior design can save you money. Not only are you purchasing items that work the best for your space but your designer may be able to beat Joss & Main pricing. If you can't find a designer in your area, many designers offer web design.

Re imply O Interior's comment, our CKD turned us onto leads that saved us large on appliances, sources of which I would never have known otherwise.

I ordered a bathmat. Never received it, a month later. Was on hold for 22 minutes to reach customer service. Then I emailed, and their prompt says they have a high volume of emails. Apparently that is the reason no one could come on the line after 22 minutes of wait time - a high volume of calls, too. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau about Joss and Main.

I have ordered many house hold items from Joss and Main and am very pleased with my purchases....the area rug under my dining room table...the white wicker coffee table...a large mirror that I hung in the hall...bedspreads, linens, lamps, pendant lighting. I have been very pleased with all that I ordered. You are not getting American made designer furniture but then you are not paying for that. The area rug is a thick wool, it does not shed or ball up. The had glass cut for the large white wicker settee and it is a lovely coffee table in my eclectic, cottage style living room. I am very pleased with the price, variety, and service that Joss and Main offers. I have been a client for several years.

I am not giving a negative review of this sectional as I have yet to receive it. The sectional looks beautiful. I ordered my sectional on September 17th and have yet to receive it. My Anneliese has been lost in transit not once, but twice. I am currently scheduled to receive it Dec 20th. Or Jan 5th. I have received multiple emails. I spent approximately 3 hours of my life- not in one sitting of course- speaking to multiple Joss and Main/Wayfair customer care representatives. Four to be exact- all who told me there was nothing they could do to help expedite the shipment of my re-ordered sectional. It apparently ships freight only. I was soo disheartened as I was having family fly in for a Thanksgiving celebration and would not have adequate seating. We recently purchased a new home and had disposed of our old living room furniture in anticipation of the Anneliese sectional. I kept asking to speak to a manager and was finally connected to Linda Bean who thus far has been the only bright spot in this company. She was extremely professional and polite and sympathetic to our situation. She understood what a stressful development this had become for us and offered multiple ways to compensate us for our inconvenience. We had an outdoor seating arrangement shipped to us free of charge to accommodate our guests as it was able to ship UPS. We also received a percentage off the sectional. That was excellent customer service. My husband and I literally counted the days until the shipment was supposed to arrive and were soo disappointed when it was lost in transit. We are decorating our living room around this sectional- picking rug, coffee table, tv stand , etc. Linda compensated us for our inconvenience and frustration. I was expecting this sectional right after Thanksgiving and now have received multiple emails from Joss and Main with one shipment arriving Dec 20th and one Jan 5th. Apparently item was lost in transit a second time. I contacted Linda to express my justified dissatisfaction. I turn 40 December 15th and Christmas/New Years fast approaching. I explained I will once again be faced with guests at my home and no sectional. I have no formal living room to entertain. I asked for further compensation and was directed to Jackie Loveland - Customer Advocacy Specialist of the Executive Team. She was up to speed on my situation and felt no further compensation was deserved. That is soo disappointing coming from a billion dollar company. She will “push hard” to expedite shipping but can not guarantee us when the sectional will be delivered. I guess this is satisfactory customer care to Jackie Loveland and the Wayfair Executive Team. Do NOT order this sectional from Joss and Main/Wayfair. Do not order ANYTHING from this company that you want to get on time. I believe Overstock has the same sectional and as far as I know have no affiliation to Wayfair.

Be warned! - 8 years ago
As stated in previous posts J&M are owned by Wayfair. It seems like there are 2 or 3 people that Wayfair has hired to handle the J&M business.
You have to tread lightly and do your research when ordering from them as I agree, they seem a bit shady.

Although I like their stuff and I think it is priced pretty good I am no longer buying from them. When companies decide to become political and make a stand against different beliefs then I go shop elsewhere. They all need to stick to what they are there for, merchandise. I couldn't care less abt they're political views!

I bought a hallway bench / coat rack. The piece was well worth the money and looked just like the picture, however, it was delivered with not just one but 2 defects. I tried contacting the company with photos and have yet to hear from them. That is an $800 mistake that I will not be making again. I ran across this site when I was trying to determine if they were affiliated with another company because I choose NOT to purchase anything else from them.

We purchased five items from Joss and Main when moving into a larger home. The chest of drawers ($897) was well packaged, and seemed to be of good quality. Gave it a 5 star review and moved on. Four months later the knobs have come off, the drawers have gotten stuck, and I can't go in to add to my review or create a new one. So I can't warn other buyers about the quality of the item. Bottom line, I won't purchase from them again.

They are a bunch of thieves! They have literally been holding on to my refund and not giving it back after they told me they would. It has now been a month!

I made a purchase about 19 days ago, and the item went on sale a couple days later. I asked for a price adjustment and they refused, but said I could cancel and re-purchase. I requested the cancellation, which they refused, and shipped the item anyway! Terrible customer service! If the item hasn’t shipped the price should be able to be adjusted. I won’t purchase from them again.

Wayfair is fine but they use Fedex. I think Fedex throws stuff around. If I order anything that comes from any other delivery carrier it is fine but if fedex delivers ANYTHING to me from any company, it is ALWAYS damaged (or lost). I give Wayfair 3.5 stars because they use terrible delivery carrier.

I have ordered from them in the past, most recently when remodeling my kitchen. I ordered light fixtures and a sink. I was totally pleased with the purchase.
More recently ( like last week) I finally bit the bullet and ordered a tv stand/sideboard.
It was a fiasco placing the order,. It got delivered yesterday by Fedex who pretty much left it propped up outside our door ( couldn't really open the door and get the box in without knocking it off the step)... finally got it in the house. I was listening for the Fedex truck but only saw it pull away. We did (70 yr old DH) get it in the house last night, and hope to inspect and put it together over the weekend. The icing on the cake is that the sales person said she would put a hold on it while ordering so I wouldn't lose out on it or the pricing. Of course the price has been dropping ( now I think about $35 since ordering 4 days ago). When I reached out to Wayfair I was told the same thing. -- That prices change even hourly and supply and demand ahd yadda yadda and You are out of luck.
When I was ordering I did try various codes I had but none worked, so I did apply for a Wayfair credit card and was able to save $40 off the purchase. However, the credit application took ridiculously long, the credit area was entirely incompetent (got disconnected twice) and I really was left wondering why I persisted. Making a purchase shouldn't be so difficult.Wish us luck when we put it together and hopefully we will be delighted and reminded that we purchased this because it was really a good looking piece.(and not feel dumb for making this purchase).

I just did and will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. My item went on sale not even 24 hours after I place the order for $40 less. Not only did they refuse to give me the difference, my item still has yet to be delivered from an area that was less than 20 mi away from my house. How do you delay for over a day a delivery that is that short of a distance away? A paltry 10% coupon for my "next " was all they would do. They have no clue how to run a business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM JOSS & MAIN. On March 2, 2024, I ordered by wife an Easter present thinking I had plenty of time to receive the item. I immediately received and email saying that my order would be delivered March 7th. On March 20th, I realized that I had not received the order. I called and spoke to a lovely lady named Paula. She assured me that my order would be receive by March 27th in time for Easter. After not receiving it on March 27th, I called on March 28th and spoke to a representative who assured that I would receive an email in 24 hours with an update. Now it is Monday, April 1st, I called again and spoke to Yvette who assured me I would be hearing back. When I think of the time that I have spent just trying to get an order that I have paid for causes much frustration. AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
