My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the baseboard

I was wondering if you could please tell me if your baseboard is one piece or a custom build up of others? thank you!

    Where can I buy that moulding? And what are the sizes of the trim/crown and the height of the ceiling? Thank you!!!

    We purchased all of the trims at The Moulding Company in Santa Clara. They have other locations-check out their website. The baseboard is Georgian Base 9/16" x 5-1/4". It is primed wood. The crown is Double Bead Crown 7/8" x 4-5/8" MDO.

    Thank you! It looks bigger than 5 1/4", that's fantastic. I'm in Menlo so SC works fine. :)
