My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Chimney topper

I love the aged look on the chimney topper. What is it made of and was anything applied to give it an antique look or is it just aged? Thanks!

    Glad you like it! The chimney pots are natural clay, a new product from Superior Clay Products. The sweep hood below is cast in place concrete that was rubbed for a smooth finish, but nothing other. So I would say it has aged apprx 10 years when this picture was taken.
