Hi Jonah! This isn't the custom home. It actually used to be our model home in our Summerlin Meadows community in Draper, UT. The home design is a Silverton. Hope that helps you!

Thanks for the response! Sorry i just saw it. Also, we live in Northwest Arkansas and their aren't many spectacular craftsman builders around here, and i was wondering if you go different places to build, I'm only 14 and just trying to help my mom find a builder to build her dream home. She's got a budget of about 300-380 thousand. Would that get us a quaint cozy yet still "only in my dreams" home? I don't know much about any of this and I just want her to have her forever home. Please get back to me. :-)
