A kitchen designer would be able to help you narrow down some choices.

I would suggest planning to change them all to stainless or white, depending on the white choice for the cabinets. Black is a stark contrast to white cabinets, and unless you are planning on using a lot of that black and white theme contrast, it's a bit harsh. Stainless reflects it's surroundings and blends in much better. White appliances blend well with the whiter whites, and less so with the more yellow based whites.

I agree with Rachel - I think it looks best when the appliances match. And you can definitely do black appliances with brushed nickel pulls. Have fun with your remodel!!

I would keep the appliances all the same finish as well - black is just fine. It may help to have a black counter top - or one that has black in it to make the space cohesive. I love the contrast of black and white in a kitchen - there are many examples here on Houzz for you to check out! Good luck!

Thank you for the advice - helps to hear it from someone else! So should I also go with black sink - I really wanted granite composite - I'm planning on light quartz counter top - it does have some black in it. Our counter contractor only sells stainless or quartz composite sinks, but after researching, it seems granite composite comes out on top.

We have had success with the granite composite sinks as well, we typically use Elkay Egranite. If the black looks good with the quartz tops, go for it!

Two other brands that sell composite sinks-> Kraus & Lenova. PS- I think it's better to have the appliances all match too. Renovations can be overwhelming, but just take one step at a time, and try and keep ahead with your decision making, to not prolong the project. It seems like you're doing a great job of that though. :) Have fun!
