On a house like this - do NOT use vinyl!
Don't cheap out - Wrought iron or painted wood only.

The shutters look fake - you need real wood shutters with hinges and dogs...
...and for the lower windows, they need to be arched to cover the entire window - you may have to go custom.

This is the pattern I was looking for, on a much smaller scale in this photo -- would work in your choice of iron or white like this:
